Joel Bailey worked in the early days of the Footprints Troost Outreach Center alongside founder, Wayne White, from 2007 to 2009.
He returned to Footprints in 2011 and is serving as director of the transitional housing program for homeless Veterans. Joel brings real compassion, as well as solid training and experience in operating residential programs.
Joel Bailey is also a Footprints Inc board member.
